Lieutenant Colonel Michael Pagano, a distinguished FA-18 Hornet Pilot, boasts an impressive career spanning over 28 years with the Marine Corps, accumulating 2500 tactical jet flight hours. His tenure exemplifies unwavering leadership, integrity, and an unparalleled commitment to excellence.
Mr. Pagano successfully completed San Diego Gas & Electric's prestigious small business technical assistance programs, including SCORE, Best in Class, and the Gas Mentorship program. His deliberate efforts to deeply understand the customer and to seamlessly integrate VetSource into the energy industry right from its inception have led to VetSource's elevation to the status of a prime contractor for SDG&E's gas and electrical distribution operations.
